Spray Guide
Recommendations are for planning purposes only and do not replace pesticide labels. Always read and follow the label before applying any pesticide. Registrations vary by state.
Apple, peach, and cherry recommendations are sourced from the New England Tree Fruit Management Guide (UMass, UVM & UMaine Extension) and interpreted using AI. Blueberry recommendations are sourced from the Rutgers E265 guide. Always consult the original guide and your local extension service.

Product Usage Summary
Total product applied by date range, broken down by block.
How usage is calculated: Pomona uses the most accurate data available for each application — in order of priority: (1) actual gallons applied, (2) specified partial acres, (3) block acreage adjusted for alt-row middles. Strip herbicide rates are adjusted by strip fraction. Totals are only as accurate as the data entered. If gallons applied or partial acres are not recorded, Pomona estimates from block acreage.

Application details
Enter your sprayer's calibrated output per sprayed acre (from your catch test). Pomona converts this to an orchard-acre GPA for water and tank calculations.
The width of the herbicide strip being sprayed, in feet. Combined with row spacing, Pomona uses this to calculate what fraction of the orchard floor is treated and adjusts water volume and chemical rates accordingly.
